All rooms are air conditioned (Bourke's hottest day was 53°C, 128°F) for Bourke's hot summers and all units contain heating and electric blankets if the weather turns cold. All beds contain doonas for greater comfort and all rooms are equipped with both TV and VCRs. We have just added irons and ironing boards as well as hair dryers. All units have modern tea and coffee making facilities and a minibar. Telephone, fax and internet are available at our business centre. Their is also a guest laundry available.

The historic dining room (Architect John Horbury Hunt 1875) with its old worn charm is open for breakfast daily. Serving a wonderful array of crunchy cereals, local fresh fruit and hearty servings of bacon and eggs. Dinner is by arrangment only and is a gourmet experience and Sipha's asiatic style cuisine a speciality.Breakfast daily 7.00am to 8.30am $10 for lavish continental $17 for full cooked.

We offer a large swimming pool, wonderful garden BBQ area and a great cabana with paddle steamer observation deck. Your car will be safe with our off street parking. Fish from our backdoor and try your luck for yellowbelly and murray cod.
